IN STOCK ITEMS are ready to be shipped out.  

PRE ORDER ITEMS have a production time between 2 to 4 weeks BEFORE they are shipped out. Since I don't have these blank items in stock, I have to order them and then do the production. 

If you order a PRE ORDER ITEM, SIZE OR COLOUR with a IN STOCK ITEM, they'll be shipped out together. 

If you want them to be shipped out separately please send me a message BEFORE completing your order (extra cost for two shipping can be applied).

Every items is embroidered or printed in The Atelier.

We're still adjusting ourselves to this volume of orders, we may have occasionally production delays. Please do remember that AHB is a small business and most of the time it's only me (Eva) doing all the tasks.

SHIPPING & PICK UP

Orders containing only digital images have no shipping costs.
Digital images can be printed from your printer, a local print shop, or an online service.


PICK UP

AHB offers you now a pick up location in Montreal.

Once you're at the check out you'll have the option to choose between pick up your order in Montreal or get it shipped out to your house.


Our new pick up location is :
Café - Bistro Le Citron
8485 Boul. St-Laurent, Montreal, QC, H2P 2M7



You have to wait for the email confirmation that your order is ready in order to go pick it up.



Once you're at the Café - Bistro Le Citron you just need to show your email confirmation to the barista and she'll give you your order🤍.



You can also take the time to enjoy a small coffee or a sandwich (EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS!!).

AHB ships worldwide (everywhere shopify can ship actually)

Canada orders estimated delivery time is up to 10 business days

USA orders estimated delivery time is up to 4 weeks

International orders estimated delivery time is up to 10 weeks

Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout (the price will depend on where you are located)

 

*However, we cannot guarantee the delivery times of the carrier. These are beyond our control.

Our carrier is Canada Post. If your shipping label comes with a tracking number you'll be able to track your order here below.

Since i'm shipping from Canada I'm not able to give you a tracking number if you choose the regular shipping label, PLEASE upgrade your shipping label if you want to have a tracking number.
